If needed repeat the operation until the section is well straightened.  Proceed accordingly with the rest of the hair sections.  Turn off the iron when not in use.  Do not wrap the cord around the iron when storing, this can cause damage to the cord and shortages to the iron.  The Kenta and GIS irons should be serviced if not heating properly.  High Temperature / 110v - 220 voltage
